Software development

Web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and the backends that hold them up. We’ve built for fintech, banking, remittance, healthcare and crypto — places where being wrong costs money and somebody notices.

What we build

  1. Web applications.

React and Next.js on the front, FastAPI, Node or Go behind.

  2. Mobile.

Flutter cross-platform, native Android in Kotlin.

  3. Backends and APIs.

Microservices, event-driven systems, the high-throughput kind.

  4. Blockchain and Web3.

Multi-chain wallet auth, on-chain indexing, NFT systems, token-gated access.

  5. Fintech and banking.

P2P lending, digital banking, remittance, payment aggregation.

  6. Infrastructure.

CI/CD, Docker, AWS, GCP, deployments that don’t need a maintenance window.

  7. Security and compliance.

ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness and preparation, hardening, remediation.

What we’ve built

Multi-chain wallet authentication

An identity protocol.

Multi-chain wallet authentication across EVM, Bitcoin and Solana. An on-chain reputation engine that blends blockchain signals with AI-classified social data. Leaderboard infrastructure and NFT metadata pipelines.

Multi-chain wallet authentication: three chains that each do signatures differently, held together by a common session layer with one identity behind it.

A trading platform.

Backend infrastructure and blockchain integrations for their trading platform, supporting multi-chain data flows.

A group running several businesses.

A provably fair gaming platform.

Backend and blockchain integrations for a provably fair gaming platform, including smart contract interaction, wallet authentication and on-chain transaction verification.

How engagements work

  • An engineer on your team

    You need people.

Who it suits — you have the roadmap and the reviews, you’re short the person.

What you manage — the work, day to day, in your tools.

What it costs — from $5,000/month for a senior engineer, 160 hours. Minimum 20 hours.

How it starts — a call, then one to two weeks to ramp.

  • A product built

    You need a thing built.

Who it suits — you want the problem gone, not managed.

What you manage — the outcome. We run the build.

What it costs — $3,000 to $90,000 depending on scope. 30% up front, 40% at an agreed midpoint, 30% on delivery.Draft

How it starts — a scoping call, then a written scope and fixed price within a few days.

  • A decision made

You need someone to tell you what to do.

Who it suits — you’re about to make an expensive decision and want someone with no stake in it to look first.

What you manage — everything. We don’t implement.

What it costs — architecture review from $4,000. Fractional technical lead from $3,000/month.

How it starts — a call and a look at what exists.

What this usually costs

An MVP web app, $10,000 to $32,000. A complex SaaS product, $28,000 to $90,000. A cross-platform mobile app, $12,000 to $38,000. A backend service or API, $3,000 to $15,000. Web3 integration, $10,000 to $32,000. A senior engineer on your team, from $5,000/month at 160 hours.

Why it costs what it costs

The engineer is senior and writes the code. There’s no junior behind the invoice and no account manager on top of it.

The work happens in Kathmandu, where a senior engineer costs what a senior engineer costs there.

For comparison: a senior US contractor runs $100 to $150 an hour, and a US agency bills $150 to $225. Same seniority, different address.

What this usually costs
Complex SaaS application $28,000 – $90,000
Mobile app (Flutter, cross-platform) $12,000 – $38,000
MVP web application $10,000 – $32,000
Web3 / blockchain integration $10,000 – $32,000
REST API / backend service $3,000 – $15,000
Senior engineer, embedded, 160 hours from $5,000/month

What our engineers have done

Every project here was done the way we work now: our engineers inside someone else’s team, under someone else’s NDA, through the firms that employed them. So you’ll read what was built, never who for. The rest is a conversation — ask, and we’ll go as far as each agreement allows.

  • 3M+

A P2P lending platform. Migrated the app from Java to Kotlin with full MVVM and CI/CD. It went on to serve more than three million users at a 99.6% crash-free rate — Crashlytics, rolling 30-day.

  • 300+

A white-labelled mobile banking product. Scaled to 300+ client-branded releases for co-operatives and microfinance institutions, with SSL pinning, biometric auth and encrypted local storage.

  • 40+

An AI SaaS platform's backend. A five-service microservices backend in a Yarn/Turbo monorepo, 40+ security remediations, and ISO 27001 plus SOC 2 passed on the first attempt at a 35-person company.

  • A national digital wallet. The events ticketing SDK inside it.

  • A cross-border remittance portal. Admin and partner portals handling high-volume financial data.

Blockchain and Web3

Multi-chain wallet authentication, on-chain data indexing, smart contract interaction, NFT metadata pipelines, and on-chain transaction verification.

We run sign-in with EVM, Bitcoin and Solana against a common session layer — SIWX on CAIP-122. Bitcoin is the one most auth providers skip: the major hosted option supports EVM and Solana but not Bitcoin in its auth API, and doesn’t support EIP-1271, so smart-contract wallets like Safe can’t authenticate at all. Ours do.

$10,000 – $32,000

for an integration.
